Shipping Information
Standard shipping will be UPS or FEDEX Ground or MAIL. Freight costs charged represent a subsidized amount only. If you receive an item that has been damaged during shipping please REFUSE THE SHIPMENT make a note with the carrier and return it. Please e-mail [email protected] to advise immediately.
Tracking:
Our freight carrier will email you directly with a pickup confirmation including tracking number for you to follow.
Transit Times:
We ship from our warehouse in Burlington, Ontario Canada. Typical transit times:
USA East coast: 3 days
Canada East coast: 2 days
USA central: 3-4 days
Canada Central: 2-3 days
USA west coast: 5-7 days
Canada west coast: 4-6 days
Shipping to PO Box.
All deliveries to post office boxes are made with Canada Post or USPS.
Shipping to other Countries.
Web orders can only be shipped to Canada and USA. Please email or call us to ship orders to other countries. Please note that different freight rates apply to these orders.
Order Picking Time:
Normally, orders are normally shipped within 48 hours of receipt. However, there are times when we may delay pulling an order due to weather delays/inventory time/tradeshow season may delay orders beyond our normal 48 hour window.
Returns and Refunds:
Purchases made online may be returned for a full refund, less shipping and handling within 7 days of receiving the item(s).
PLEASE NOTE: All merchandise for return must be in new condition, sealed in its original packaging. Shipping costs associated with this return are the customer's responsibility.
Assuming the return arrives undamaged, refunds may take up to 14 days. In the event that we have shipped an incorrect item, free-light will be responsible for the shipping and handling costs.
In order to maintain our everyday low prices, free-light does not accept returns on items that are not sealed in their original packaging.
In order to return a product, you must obtain a return authorization number. In order to do so, please e-mail, [email protected] with the following information;
Subject line: Return Authorization Request
Please include your full name, address, order number and reason for the return request.
We do not accept shipments without a return authorization number.
Cancel an Order:
As long as your order is pending, you may e-mail [email protected] to cancel your order, and our office will acknowledge if that order has not been shipped and can be cancelled. Once the order has been processed, our standard return and refund policy applies.
